Dealership offered me first 2025 M3 allocation. Deposit credit card authorization given immediately and build sheet. I was told it would be ordered in July. I was contacted yesterday Thursday 06/27/2024 that they had a 2024 M3 available in the showroom that a customer back down and was exactly like my 2025 build. I immediately said yes we would purchase the vehicle but was also was dependent on trade value. I requested for salesman to send me numbers and a purchase order as I am currently in NC. I also offered a deposit to hold vehicle. Two days of me chasing salesman down finally got a response with very low trade value compared to other BMW dealers and no purchase order with numbers. Apparently they don’t want to sell cars. Highly recommend you go to other BMW dealers that are not part of AutoNation so you can avoid the big box store xx and get luxury treatment elsewhere for your hard earned money. More

The service was excellent, at each stage of my visit i was kept up to date on any issues found and the resolutions. I always have to call asking for an update, never is it just done. Never any rental cars available, and they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by bringing them my car that I pay for.
