Me and my wife got excellent service from sales representative Sergio and Eva from financial department at BMW Delray Beach. Both was very knowledgeable, very respectful and had great personality. representative Sergio and Eva from financial department at BMW Delray Beach. Sergio spent several hours after we bought the car to show my wife how to handle the car properly, as there is tons of features, and Eva made the transaction very smooth. We are very happy we chose BMW, they work great together as a team, when you buy a car its very time consuming, so they did their absolutely best so we won't have to spend any time unnecessary. I just bought my first BMW, an X3 from BMW Delray and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have bought at least 20 cars over my lifetime and never had as good a salesperson as Deandre Bloomfield. couldn't be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every facet of the car and explained all the features/options in a way that allowed me to fully understand their value for my style of driving and use of the car. Especially important now that the features/options have much greater complexity and functionality. And he showed great patience with us and never put a hard sell on, his explanations of the benefits was convincing enough. I had looked at Mercedes, Audi, and Genesis, and after my experience with Deandre I was sold immediately. Once the car was delivered he spent about three hours total in two sessions, after the sale, going through everything in the car and, again was very accommodating and patient. The dealership itself is immaculate and has many cars in the showroom unlike others. All the people are friendly. I love the car and would never go elsewhere. More
