I have always had a good experience whether service or sales. Dave Helm, my service advisor, is very helpful and efficient; I've had to have loaners which were arranged easily. He also answers all my questions explaining everything that is important. James Thomas is wonderful. This will be the second car that I am leasing from James. He is honest and professional. I trust his recommendations. He was very welcoming when my son came and had some questions about my new lease. I'm looking forward to getting my new car soon! The showroom is very modern, comfortable and clean. The service garage is also immaculate whenever I bring my car in for service. And there is always plenty of friendly associates to check you in and get your service advisor. More
I have bought my son BMW car from this dealer and had issues they did not fix them and I bought the extended warranty took appointment for oil change service and I have received the service confirmation issues they did not fix them and I bought the extended warranty took appointment for oil change service and I have received the service confirmation email but when I go there they says I took 1 month later and check my email I did take exact date I went their. I did show the service people later then nothing to say. Now he wanted to change the air filters and cabin filters from my car when Service is not even due but I did ask them to change and total bill cost me $800.00 when have 5 oil change service is free with the purchase of my car. Just filters and checking of the car costed $800.00 very bad. Service is very bad. They did not even clean or wash the car. I will not go there again. Sorry, I would not recommend any one to go there. More
We took my car in because the sunroof was stuck open. I thought it was a known issue but they said the year after my car was a recall. They scheduled me for a week later. I took the car back to Delray BMW at 9a and they called at 1p to let me know they used the part they ordered on someone else's car and had to order it again for my car. I wasted a whole day and still can't use the car sunroof. The service was always excellent at Delray but it seems it is lacking good customer care now. Ask before you take your car in to be sure they have the parts. More
