I like James and Ava I question the financing management. There are challenges with trying to navigate at what is best for the consumer in that which is a very costly warranty they deem as necess management. There are challenges with trying to navigate at what is best for the consumer in that which is a very costly warranty they deem as necessary . I decided I did not need this warranty. I asked to renew my contract the very next morning. The manager pushed to the point I wanted to return the car. Then, a sudden change to okay we will fix it and Monday we can redo the contract. A week delay and I hope they follow up on their word . Their word was it will be done today. I will follow up on the change if it goes well great, if not my lawyer is waiting to take the next step. James is a true human and helped me purchase this vehicle and was true and honest. Stay tuned for my final feed back. More

Sales and trade ins are lacking. Repair service is very good. I usually wait. The car I was sold was clearly unfit for sale as it ended up in the shop, before I even make the first payment, and apparently will be there for at least 3 weeks.
