A shining star in my experience was Keith Houser, the Service Advisor who went above and beyond to ensure I had a remarkable visit. People like Keith Houser are rare gems, the kind you might only encounter once in a lifetime. Keith Houser's expertise shone brightly as he delved into diagnosing issues with my vehicle that had previously eluded other dealer technicians. His extensive experience was evident, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about delivering top-notch customer service. What set BMW Delray apart was their unique approach of allowing customers to witness their technicians at work on their vehicles. While sipping on a delicious cappuccino in their modern and immaculate waiting area, I had a front-row seat to the skillful craftsmanship taking place on my car. One thing that truly impressed me was their commitment to punctuality. My appointment was set for a specific time, and to my delight, they promptly commenced work on my vehicle as scheduled. Better yet, they estimated a two-hour timeframe for the service, and true to their word, I was back on the road in under two hours. The efficiency they demonstrated was remarkable and greatly appreciated. Working with consummate professionals like Keith Houser and the BMW Delray team was an absolute pleasure. Their dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers left an indelible impression on me. MIXED EMOTIONS. .. ... ropped 5th and 4th stars. What started out as a 5-star experience just dropped a couple of stars. My coveted 5th star on a review is for an " .. ... ropped 5th and 4th stars. What started out as a 5-star experience just dropped a couple of stars. My coveted 5th star on a review is for an "Above and Beyond Expected" experience and I started off with BMW of Delray Beach with just that. However, after 30 days of ownership, the 5th and 4th stars get dropped. The car had all the options I was looking for and I had a fellow PCA member do a good visual on it before for me. I purchased a used 2018 Porsche Macan GTS and the suggested aftermarket warranty in July of 2023. I was in Canada at the time but buying this car for our Florida home (some 4-hours from this dealership). All looked good and with my newly purchased aftermarket warranty what could go wrong, right? Note: the sales and finance team were very, very good and we negotiated the transaction from afar. I really like these guys. They went above and beyond IMO. All good, the sale was made, and the car was transported to our Florida home. We arrived in mid-July and after driving the car for a week or so noticed that the brakes were a bit mushy, the windshield had some serious "hazing" on the drivers side (hard water?) that I could not remove with cleaner and an auto glass polish, the leather dash was lifting off of the base material, and the air suspension started throwing error codes. I took the car into Porsche Clearwater where they diagnosed a faulty air suspension sensor (known issue), after market brakes and old dirty brake fluid, an oil leak (known issue), the leather dash indeed lifting off (known issue), the irreparable hazing of the windshield AND a balance of a previous purchased extended warranty (so why did I purchase another = ??)! In all fairness to this dealership without them being aware of known issues to this make and model they could easily have missed the air suspension and after market brakes. But the oil leak, the old brake fluid, the leather dash problem, and the hazing of the windshield AND the balance of the extended warranty, IMO, they could/should have picked up. OK. Buyer beware - my bad for “falling in love with this car” and for not having them drop it off at a Porsche dealership some 20 minutes away and doing a proper brand and model specific Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI). Note to self, right? I could have also gone on the various Social Media Forums, of which there are plenty, and research the car more and had questions to ask. So, while I get these issues addressed at the Porsche dealership, the experience is not a 4-star “As expected” but in actual fact a “less than expect” 3-star. The 3-stars go to the staff who helped sell me the car. More

I purchased a brand new X3. Everyone at this dealership was so friendly and pleasant.
