Horrible service 3rd edit and 3rd 1 star review. This time I brought my car to the service for engine overheating and they deleted my apple carplay from the car they don’t take any responsibility for it. They also deleted navigation from the infotainment system. And they broke tire pressure monitor sensor!!! ITS UNBELIEVABLE. And they charged $9000 for overall service!!! I will do anything to defend myself. I will write every single social media platform possible. I will reach out to BMW USA and BMW GERMANY headquarters. It’s unacceptable for $100.000 car!!!!!!!
