Fred was a huge help with my purchase and was extremely transparent through the whole process and made sure to point out anything he noticed about the used car. Even when she was very busy, she still made sure I felt prioritized and answered questions while she was doing stuff. Both Fred and Iva checked in on me countless times through out the day when I ran into issues on my end and honestly, if it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t have bought a car.
