Jacob Freedman the BMW “genius” is beyond knowledgeable. He is patient and knows everything about the new car. He has showed me so many features answering all my questions that I can’t begin to tell you how terrific he is. Tami the front desk receptionist may be one of the nicest people I have ever met.
