I dropped my car off for its first service today and Jaime was a great service advisor! You can clearly see his professionalism and passion for the BMW brand. He was super helpful in helping me understa Jaime was a great service advisor! You can clearly see his professionalism and passion for the BMW brand. He was super helpful in helping me understand what was being done to my vehicle and ensuring I was taking the right steps for the future health of my vehicle. I had an accident leaving my keys on the roof of my car and the service / parts department was able to turn around and deliver a new fob in less than 24 hours! Pretty impressive care from the entire team and I value the importance they put on communicating with their customers. Highly recommend visiting the service team at BMW Darien. More
