My 3 year service contract had expired but they still used it. That is good customer service. The service was done within time. The car was clean inside out. I will need new tires and the deal the used it. That is good customer service. The service was done within time. The car was clean inside out. We heard a strange noise while driving the vehicle. We dropped off the car and BMW of Darien’s Service Department immediately examined the car, diagnosed the problem and fixed the vehicle within 24 hou We dropped off the car and BMW of Darien’s Service Department immediately examined the car, diagnosed the problem and fixed the vehicle within 24 hours. Since the problem was covered by our warranty, we had the repair completed and a safety check free of all charges. The vehicle operated like a new car when we drove away. More
