Took my car in for an oil change. I got a call that it was currently in the car wash and be ready soon. When I went to pick it up, it was clear it had not been washed at all. They als I got a call that it was currently in the car wash and be ready soon. When I went to pick it up, it was clear it had not been washed at all. They also charged me $80 to reset the service engine oil light. Then I discovered through YouTube that you can reset it yourself with 30 seconds of time. Such a scam. More

My 3 year service contract had expired but they still used it. That is good customer service. The service was done within time. The car was clean inside out.
