Came in for an oil change, picked up my car and noticed that my car was still staying that I needed an oil change, when I asked why does it still say that I need an oil change I was told I had to pay an ad that my car was still staying that I needed an oil change, when I asked why does it still say that I need an oil change I was told I had to pay an additional $85 to remove it. Total rip off. Not to mention on my way home from my appointment my car started overheating. My 3rd BMW and this is the worst BMW dealer. I will take the Trip and drive to BMW of Tenafly going forward. More

Car service was performed well and included an undercarriage video in which the mechanic gave a detailed review of the condition of my car and showed the work that was to be done. Most telling, my wife brought me to the dealership so I could pick up my BMW. While there, she noticed she had a total flat tire on her car. Despite the fact that the dealership was closing, 2 dealer employees volunteered to swap out the blown-out tire with our spare at no charge so we could be on our way on a cold night. Bravo! More
