Cost was higher than any other BMW service centers in the fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric. Service was done well and the techs were fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric. If it wasn’t for Anthony and Anderson, I wouldn’t have bought my first BMW. The sales rep was unknowlegable for company products and services. Anthony and Anderson immediately offered reconciliation after bought my first BMW. The sales rep was unknowlegable for company products and services.
