Exceptional service! I had a problem with my 440i hard top convertible. The service department addressed the problem immediately but after two weeks, the problem re-occu I had a problem with my 440i hard top convertible. The service department addressed the problem immediately but after two weeks, the problem re-occurred. The service department worked tirelessly to further identify the cause and fixed it. They tested, checked and re-checked my car before they finally said the problem was fixed and would not happen again. My service rep, Vince, text me frequently to let me know what was being done and when my car would be ready. I can’t say enough about the service my car and I received. I have never experienced this type of service from any business. BMW Darien is the best of the best! More
