Just bought the new 745LI and it's been in the shop longer then I've own the car.They wanted to give me a Chrysler loaner car while I'm paying 1035.00 a month for a bmw.They don't treat you very well w longer then I've own the car.They wanted to give me a Chrysler loaner car while I'm paying 1035.00 a month for a bmw.They don't treat you very well when you go for service.I've owned Mercedez for the last 14 years ans switched to a bmw for the first time boy am I sorry they should take a lesson from Mercedez how to treat customer that just spent 85.000.00 on a car. I actually thought that Darien did a much better job then Ridgefield. I had a 2000 323i that i bought from Ridgefield and the service was always a nightmare up there. I repeatedly took it back to get the sam Ridgefield. I had a 2000 323i that i bought from Ridgefield and the service was always a nightmare up there. I repeatedly took it back to get the same things fixed. Finally i took it to Darien and they solved the problems, which is why I ended up buying my 2003 330xi from them. Thats just my 2 cents. More
