We knew that we wanted the 2025 BMW i5 x drive 40 AWD when we entered the showroom. Tyler was instrumental in making that happen at a price that met our parameters. He patiently stayed with us on New Yea when we entered the showroom. Tyler was instrumental in making that happen at a price that met our parameters. He patiently stayed with us on New Year’s Eve until 6pm. In addition, he programmed all the tech in the car, including two iphones, the garage door openers, etc., and helped us order an adapter so that our Tesla garage charger would work on our new BMW. This is the best car buying experience we have had, and considering we are in our 70’s, that’s an impressive statement. A final thumbs up for Anderson and all the people in the showroom who asked if they could bring us water, or help in any way. More
