I had been contemplating buying an x3 for a while and had looked at a few at other dealers but never made the move. Since I had not purchased a car in some time there were numerous options I was not familiar with. The car was ready for me when promised and the purchase went very smoothly. My 3 year service contract had expired but they still used it. That is good customer service. The service was done within time. The car was clean inside out.
