He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He was never pushy, always respectful, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. The finance process was equally impressive, thanks to Anderson Cherilus. Anderson was incredibly organized and transparent, walking me through every detail with clarity and ease. He made what is often the most stressful part of car buying feel completely effortless. Within five minutes of driving off the lot, a warning came on that engine oil level was low and to add it immediately. This was after having the dealer had my car for almost a week and charging me almost came on that engine oil level was low and to add it immediately.
