The service team is excellent, I’ve had terrific experiences in servicing our many BMWs over the years (our family has had seven since 2003)! I use the Dallas dealership on Lemmon on occasion for tires only. I think Jesse, a service advisor at the Dallas dealership is very personable and a stand up guy.
