I realize your workers have to change the seat location but why do they turn off headlights. I am 77 and have only had this car since May so learning how to operate this vehicle is a challenge, Please as but why do they turn off headlights. Absolute worst service department ever. Do not use this service department. I had to go back a total of 4 times because my car was leaking the oil after the oil change, just for them to say my car is fine service department. I had to go back a total of 4 times because my car was leaking the oil after the oil change, just for them to say my car is fine & no problems & now I have problems after taking it there & not the first time. I'm not sure why I went back to that dealership. More
I have been a BMW owner for quite some time, and my service advisor Reesh has not always been my service advisor, but am so thankful I have Reesh as mine now. He is kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about everything BMW, is very passionate, has great communication and follow up, is flexible with my unpredictable schedule, and makes it so easy to get service with BMW of Dallas. I truly believe that if I didn't have Reesh as my advisor, I wouldn't have done as much with my car (e.g. replacing my tires, bringing it in for recalls etc.), or I would've taken it to a competitor for service. Thank you all for your excellence! More

My car had a seat motor that malfunctioned and continued to “run” even after the ignition was turned off. Worried that the problem would run down my battery, I called and made an appointment. My service ad to “run” even after the ignition was turned off. Worried that the problem would run down my battery, I called and made an appointment. My service advisor got me an immediate appointment with the service department. I was able to drop the car off, get a ride home and wait for the repair. My service advisor got back to me promptly with an estimate on repairs-he even checked to see what cost was covered by my full warranty. Due to COVID-19, some of the replacement parts were difficult to receive at the dealership and were delayed for delivery. My advisor kept me “up to speed” on the timing of the arrival of my parts and had them quickly installed once they arrived. Great job, Victor and BMW! More
