My first visit to a dealer in Texas after recently moving here from Connecticut had a rocky start when the attendant who took my car gave me unclear directions about where to go inside the dealership. I wandered to different counters until I finally learned that I was supposed to wait in the waiting room until my name was called. Once this was straightened out, the rest of my visit went without a hitch, and my vehicle inspection was performed more quickly than expected. Joe Burk and others were very kind and courteous, my vehicle was washed, and I left very satisfied! My only frustration was the lack of clear communication about what to do after I handed over my car keys. More

The service I received from Derick was excellent. He was able to get a nick on the driver door fixed for a fraction of what I had been quoted and also had my car serviced as promised. Easy to make an appointment with car loaner or Lyft; quick in and out. I loved the video walk-thru of my car inspection with clear instructions on what needed to be done and what was recommended.
