My experience at this dealership was great. This was my first time at this location. I did have an appointment but I still ended up having to wait 10-15 minutes to see the advisor. My advisor Tim Bennett was super helpful, gave me the rundown, and even hooked me up with a great discount that I'm super appreciative of. The only downside of my visit was that my car ended up needing a part that had to be shipped so it took 2 days extra for my car to be completed. Overall, my experience with BMW Dallas was great, and will definitely come back again with my car! More
