I requested a loaner and was guaranteed that my service advisor would call me if one was not available on this day. She did not. They only thing she could offer upon my arrival is to re-schedule. When you take time out to schedule an appointment and drive to the location, re-scheduling is often not satisfactory. I decided to service at this dealership because it is closer to my house. However now, I will use Sewell for future business. More
