Customer service needs improvement. I waited for assistance in picking up my vehicle for too long while nobody offered any assistance. I had to stop somebody and ask for help after 10 m I waited for assistance in picking up my vehicle for too long while nobody offered any assistance. I had to stop somebody and ask for help after 10 minutes of standing there. When I got back in my vehicle, my driver profile had been completely reset and I had to adjust my settings all over again. This was very upsetting. More
