BMW of Dallas - Service Center

I currently live in Allen Texas, I visited Sewell BMW (formerly knowns as Classic BMW) and through my personal experience, service there is very mediocre at best. I decided to visit BMW of Dallas an (formerly knowns as Classic BMW) and through my personal experience, service there is very mediocre at best. I decided to visit BMW of Dallas and I am very glad I did. The service provided was top notch. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff treated me like a person and not a like wallet. Francisco was very professional and very communicative. He provided me with full transparency of all repairs & pricing options. I will continue to visit BMW of Dallas for my all services and future purchasing needs even though it is 30 plus miles out of my way. Thanks, Carlos More

Workers are very professional and so nice, I did have a small issue this last time I went. I had an appointment for 3:00PM and was serviced at that time but I was forgotten about.
