We were offered a lift. The ride took more than 30 min. Not until I went to look for Nikki she re-reschedule the lift. No one asked if we needed help. Until I approached q guy in a desk who was by the service door. Both times waiting NO ONE ever asked if we needed assistance. Only a the very beginning I think Gary asked but we had just gotten there. More
