I had my car in about a month ago to get new brakes, and then I had an issue with my car play so I took my car back in to get it fixed. Sometimes when I am driving I notice that my steering wheel catches, s then I had an issue with my car play so I took my car back in to get it fixed. Sometimes when I am driving I notice that my steering wheel catches, so I mentioned that as well.. When I got my brakes fixed, they recommended an alignment. This time they said the left front strut was bent so it was going to cost about $9,000 dollars to fix. So I asked them to do the alignment, but they wouldn't do it this time because they said it wouldn't fix the issue. So I don't understand how no one noticed the strut issue before and didn't address it. I feel like they should have noticed this when they were fixing my brakes if it was a severe issue. I am definitely going to get a second opinion before I spend $9,000 on this. This definitely happened when I nailed a curb last year and blew the tire out and had to have it towed. So I am very confused about how this never caught the attention of a technician before now if it's a major issue. More
