I’ve always been treated with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. This visit fell short on both. My appointment was at 7 am, I arrived early, and was allowed in at 7:05. No problem. However the tech/CSR that checked me in was not representative of my past experiences here. I did not get his name but he did have longer hair pulled back into a ponytail. He seemed to be bothered by my presence. The repair tech and service manager (Brian) were superb! More
I first brought my car in on 09/29/22. When I got my car back it was still having the same problem. Due to death and illness in my family I wasn’t able to take my car back until 10/19/22. When I got my car back it was still having the same problem. Due to death and illness in my family I wasn’t able to take my car back until 10/19/22. They fixed my car and since it took so long, they requested me a Lift to take me home. I picked up my car the next day and I was surprised that they did not wash my car. My car is running much better now….but have you all stopped washing the vehicles? Thank you. More
