BMW included maintenance is basically a trick to get you in the dealership and try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. My initial quote for 1yr/10k mile service was almost $600. My service advisor was a nice guy but I'll be doing my own oil changes or taking the car to an independent from now on. This dealership also didn't offer a loaner so there's no added convenience of using them for service. More
My experience with the service department was great as always. My BMW is 7 years old but in great shape and my service advisor was very helpful in determining what services my car actually needed and did always. After the failure of the BMW roadside service on my trip to Dallas from Baton Rouge, BMW of Dallas was a welcome relief. They showed up at my hotel, changed my tire, and after I drove to the dealership, pr to Dallas from Baton Rouge, BMW of Dallas was a welcome relief. They showed up at my hotel, changed my tire, and after I drove to the dealership, promptly replaced the original tire so I could get back on the road back to Baton Rouge. Everyone was courteous and attentive and in stark contrast to the BMW roadside service I received the night before. I was on the phone a total of 5 hours with roadside service - mostly on hold over the 2 days. More
Tyler went way and above to ensure I had an excellent service experience. All my mechanical problems were taken care of.
