BMW included maintenance is basically a trick to get you in the dealership and try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. My initial quote for 1yr/10k mile service was almost $600. So much for include in the dealership and try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. My initial quote for 1yr/10k mile service was almost $600. So much for included maintenance. My service advisor was a nice guy but I'll be doing my own oil changes or taking the car to an independent from now on. This dealership also didn't offer a loaner so there's no added convenience of using them for service. More
