Had already had a neg experience here previously when they wanted me to test drive a filthy car. Sadly, had no choice as BMW service place in DFW said I needed to take it to the dealership, Could not h they wanted me to test drive a filthy car. Almost got scammed out of an additional $2400 but they immediately removed it because I questioned it. Then added another charge. If you don't have to, DONT go there or at least avoid Ms. M if you can. Seriously has zero customer skills. More
