I have had my cars serviced at BMW of Dallas for many years and have been pleased with the entire process from making the appointment, meeting with my service advisor, getting a loaner and picking up my years and have been pleased with the entire process from making the appointment, meeting with my service advisor, getting a loaner and picking up my car after service/repairs. I've found Vincent Hudson, the service manager to be welcoming and always checking to make sure that I was being taken care of and satisfied. My service advisor, Victor Jaimes, is always friendly. professional and helpful. I value his expertise and advice and am always satisfied when I pick up my vehicle. I also purchased my current, vehicle, 2018 X5, there in December 2020. Robert Grishom was my salesman and it was a very pleasant experience. More
