I took my vehicle to the auto nation dealer at BMW and they did not top my fluids off after they told me they would. I had absolutely no coolant nor any windshield wiper fluid. You really need to do better and get loaners. People are tired of it and switching to your competitor, SEWELL. I would too but I love the handling of the BMW so much.
