Took a long time with my repairs and let the collision center and made several mistakes. Not proactive in responses. The customer service was disappointing. I felt they were concerned about making the buck than understanding my situation individually as a past cash paying customer. I had only gotten my car back from them a little over a month and had more issues than what I had before getting the car repaired. When I went to pick the car up a nick on the car smaller than a dime was discovered but don’t know if it wasn’t there when I got the car. I feel like it’s all about money or a sale and if you don’t pay the overcharged prices they are not willing to help at all. I will go to Arlington from here out. The tech I had prior was very professional and understanding but the one I had on my visit and this last was not. I don’t mind paying money when the explanation make sense but it seems that the things that we’re supposed to be repaired was not and they then wanted to come up with more things that was possibly wrong with the car. It was very uncomfortable speaking with them. I feel they tried to make me pay for something so he said I put that nick on the car. It’s sad what people will do for a buck. Dallas location will not get my service or money anymore. Funny thing is I was looking to purchase another vehicle but it won’t be through them. More
My experience was very attentive, professional and prompt. I love the atmosphere, the customer service, and most importantly the wait time. I was in and out even though I was offered a Lfyt. Not my favorite BMW dealership - made an appointment for a recall on my car arrived on time in the service area with no one to greet me though there were several men standing ar station. Approached and sta a recall on my car arrived on time in the service area with no one to greet me though there were several men standing ar station. Approached and stated that I was here for a 12:30 recall appointment they told me to wait in waiting area. After 15 minutes whet back to said men and showed them my printed out appointment email with service supervisors name tjey then directed me to Andrew who I then stated the same information and he quite rudely asked if I had an appointment I then showed him printed email and he said I have the wrong Andrew and he walked me over to Drew who was very accommodating. Told me he would text or call with updates which he did. Offered to call me a Lyft to come collect my car. Upon returning same sequence of events to go wait for my car after 15 minutes I asked for my car again and finally they brought it around. More
Drew is an awesome service advisor to work with! The service techs are also great. They were extremely thorough with a rattle coming from my center speaker and even though not being able to replicat The service techs are also great. They were extremely thorough with a rattle coming from my center speaker and even though not being able to replicate it at first. They ended up keeping my car for almost a week. Finally being able to replicate the issue, they replaced my speaker and insulated it. For something as trivial as that, and still going above and beyond to correct the issue, means a lot and just shows that I am in great hands should something more serious happen. Being new to Texas, I'm happy I found my new dealer for all my service and soon, sales, needs. More
