Horrible experience. Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told him they would not use but when I talked to Carlos Fonseca his manager he denied it and stated he would take care of me. Carlos then called my husband to tell him he would call him back later to verify he had a loaner (why was this not verified prior I’m not sure) only to ghost my husband and he has not called him back anymore. Clearly the customer is not a priority here and we will ensure that everyone knows what a horrible experience we had More

The service advisors have been great, but the process to get vehicle scheduled in was not. The call center employee scheduled me in for oil change and I specifically requested a loaner car because I had to get vehicle scheduled in was not. The call center employee scheduled me in for oil change and I specifically requested a loaner car because I had to get to work. She assured me I would have one. I get to BMW for appt, and not only was there no loaner car available, but they didn't even show that I had an appt! I even had the email confirmation from BMW. They got me in and sent a Lyft driver to pick me up. The car was likely a 1990 Nissan Sentra that was wrecked in the front and was running on a spare tire on the back driver side. NOT the kind of service I have ever received from Lexus AND Infiniti in the past, as they all but rolled out the red carpet. Lexus even drove all the way to my home and picked up the car when I needed oil changes! Again, the service advisor was very kind and helpful. But the overall process with BMW has been disappointing. More
My car was towed Saturday. I was fortunate to get a tire from a blow out. Was there for four hours.
