BMW of Dallas always provides exemplary customer service, and today wasn’t any different. Dean kept me informed every step of the way, and addressed all of my questions. On a busy Friday afternoon, we were on IH 45 in Dallas and BAM!!! we hit a pothole going 75+ mph and the front tire did not survive. I called the 1-800 number in the trunk of my 2022 BMW 330i, but it was and BAM!!! we hit a pothole going 75+ mph and the front tire did not survive. I called the 1-800 number in the trunk of my 2022 BMW 330i, but it was of NO HELP. I then decided to cold call BMW of Dallas, which was a bumpy 6 miles away. Dispatch said that they were swamped - absolutely no available appointments on that Friday afternoon. But we were told we could come in and wait, so we headed their direction. When we arrived, the service bay was full but as soon as I pulled in, we were greeted warmly and were invited to come in and wait and the service department would get to us as soon as they could. Our service advisor, Andrew Cabello, was so helpful and encouraging - even when we exited the car and headed to the waiting area with a cat in a carrier. (Did I mention we are moving, and we were following our boat to its new marina, and that we had started this adventure very early in the morning? Anyway...) I gave Andrew the information, and I begged him, for the cat's sake, to wedge us in to get a tire as soon as possible. Andrew Cabello worked a miracle. We were in the waiting area of BMW of Dallas for less than an hour. We paid our bill, got into our freshly-washed car, and proceeded toward Lake Texoma in an attempt to chase down the boat transport. We almost caught them. It was the best service experience I'd ever had. More
This is the second time that I’ve driven my X6 to Dallas for service and I’ve been happy with the service each time! I moved from the DMV region back to N Louisiana 2 years ago and was not happy with th for service and I’ve been happy with the service each time! I moved from the DMV region back to N Louisiana 2 years ago and was not happy with the substandard service offered by either of the N La BMW Dealerships. I’ve owned 4 new BMWs and have come to expect quality service! I found it at Dallas BMW! More
