WOW! ! Is what I say!! After 2 weeks of driving after all repairs, my 2003 M3 is running as well as it has ever run!! Ha! Thats right. BMW of Dallas contin ! Is what I say!! After 2 weeks of driving after all repairs, my 2003 M3 is running as well as it has ever run!! Ha! Thats right. BMW of Dallas continues to knock it out of the park! The team here ordered all necessary parts straight from Germany to include a new air pump, secondary valve, and thermostat. They also replaced old hoses. They also repaired a hair line fracture in my left rear wheel that was causing the tire to slow leak. The guys left no stone unturned! Ha! Ha! Very impressed. I am very grateful to have received such quality and superior vehicle service! 10's across the board to the following All Stars!! Service advisor Tyler for keeping me up to date on all repair work as well as providing me with Lyft service. Super job! A Big Bravo to Jose Paredes, Juan Serrano and of course Micheal Vu who all contributed to bringing my M3 back to top notch performance levels!! And a nice shout out to Louis Thiery for taking the time to do my safety inspection. Fantastic job to one and all. Keep up the great job. Thank you all so much for all that you have done for me!! The last two services, the car was not fixed at the promised day and time. They do not have enough loaner cars to make up for the mistake in setting up the service in the first place. I would not have promised day and time. They do not have enough loaner cars to make up for the mistake in setting up the service in the first place. I would not have them start a repair unless you know for a fact that all the parts needed for the repair is in hand. The staff is friendly, but not trained with a process that will insure a good result. I have have had a detailed conversation with the service manager, but I have not feedback to find out if they are making progress in fixing the Issues and making changes. More
The service was completed as required. When I decide to replace this car, this will certainly have a bearing on what product and dealership I choose to replace it. More
