Dallas BMW provided me with good service overall but failed in a few areas. My vehicle was serviced to include warranty repairs but when I received my vehicle there was an alert on the control panel wh failed in a few areas. My vehicle was serviced to include warranty repairs but when I received my vehicle there was an alert on the control panel which read the battery in the remote needed to be changed out. This should not have been given to the customer without changing the battery in the remote. More
