Carlos was efficient. On my way from Houston to Hurst my tire on my mini copper had a blowout. AAA towed me to Mini of Dallas. I had an evening dr appointment and Carlos arranged a Lyft to my Dr. my dr gave me a ride to my hotel. Next day Carlos texted me with the details and the repairs completed and arranged for a Lyft to bring me to the dealership. I was able to leave on time to drive back to Houston. Great service from this dealership. More
Took my 2024 BMW X3 in to get a new tire. While there, I had another issue needing to be addressed. A little “mansplaining” from the tech. Because the problem was not present during service, it went undiagnosed. Silverio my customer service rep, was very nice and helpful. Comfortable and clean waiting area. More
Took our 2009 528i in for (PVC) recall, made an appt, in /out in about 2 hours, didn't try to say the car needed any additional repairs after their inspection.
