I had my 1 series convertible in for an oil change to prepare for an unexpected road trip (so unexpected that I scheduled my 2:30pm appointment at 2am the day of). Dean Nassar was exceptional! He was able to accommodate this hastily made appointment and get me a multi-point inspection for added peace of mind on the road. The service and convenience of dropping off cars and getting rides is unbeatable. The wait time is minimal and online service scheduling is excellent. All the service advisors are professionals. My two complaints are that the cost of service for some issues are 2x-3x the cost to do the same service in other BMW certified shops. For example, a door actuator assembly for soft close on a 2011 BMW 528i F10 cost estimate is about $1350 compared to a $500 job elsewhere. Second issue is that the multi-point check service suggestions are WAY too pessimistic. On my same 2011 F10, I was told in 2015 that my starter was making too much noise when starting and it needs to be replaced. Well, it lasted till 2022 when I had to finally replace it. I think the second issue is more problematic. The video links for the multi-point checks are awesome way to visualize the service suggestions. I think BMW of Dallas technicians need to suggest more accurately a sensible timeline of when those suggested services need to be actually performed. More

The dealership is wonderful. Each Service Rep that assisted me, Listened to me, and heard me. A Glitch was detected in the computer, and fixed immediately. I ask that my car NOT be washed, and was not. I only had 1 problem, a bunch of oily, nasty black fingerprints where left all around the front and hood of my vehicle. I do not notice that until I was home. I am sure if I had noticed it there, they would have cleaned that up also. I enjoy this BMW store, at this location and I plan to continue using this store as long as I have this vehicle. More
