Service at this dealer is ALWAYS outstanding, which is why i never go anywhere else. Mr. Torres was extremely kind, warm and welcoming. I had a very interesting visit this time around, it started off a little rocky, because my extended warranty was expired without my knowledge. He was so patient, kind and compassionate; all of the things I needed in order to not have a breakdown after receiving a 17k bill. He explained everything and we came up with a good plan to get my car fixed. This was the first time I dropped my car off to BMW and felt less anxious when leaving. I really appreciate the level of care that Dean provided and I plan to continue to use him as a service person because I truly trust him and his opinion/judgement. BMW made a great decision when they hired him. I will be back and requesting him every time. More

Currently owning numerous car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, & Ford), I would give BMW service a 3 of 5. I was not greeted upon arrival, the arrival valet were all talking among themselves, I walked into Lexus, & Ford), I would give BMW service a 3 of 5. I was not greeted upon arrival, the arrival valet were all talking among themselves, I walked into the advisor area and had to ask for assistance. They didn’t have loaner vehicles either. Based on my experience, I rate Lexus Service Centers a 5 of 5. I’m always greeted immediately and they always provide a loaner. I will be selling my BMW soon and buying a second Lexus to go along with my wife’s. More
