Mini of Dallas has always taken great care of my vehicle and me. Parker Adams is my service advisor. He truly goes out of his way to make sure I’m completely satisfied. We hit a pothole on the tollway(pothole on the tollway? ), It blew the tire. BMW assist sent a tow in 30 minutes and towed us to BMW Dallas service where we met Octavio and Parker. I have brought my car in 4 times for the same problem and it is still not fixed. Completely unacceptable. My service person victor was very professional but the service person working on my one year old car it is still not fixed. Completely unacceptable.
