I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I have received from your dealership. As a dedicated BMW customer, my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and unacc the service I have received from your dealership. As a dedicated BMW customer, my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. **Incident Details:** 1. **Appointment Mismanagement:** - I booked an appointment for service on my vehicle two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the system was down and my vehicle could not be serviced. This was a significant inconvenience, especially given the advance notice provided. 2. **Misinformation about Loaner Vehicles:** - I was also informed that no loaner vehicles were available, which was clearly untrue as I observed a line of loaner vehicles parked outside. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer service. 3. **Previous Service Issues:** - A few months ago, I experienced similar poor service when the dealership claimed they did not have the necessary parts for my vehicle. I was assured I would receive a call once the parts arrived. Despite following up multiple times, it has been six months without any communication or resolution. 4. **Customer Service:** - Francisco Torres could have done a better job in assisting me but didn't seem to be understanding and helpful. His lack of support added to the frustration and inconvenience I faced. **Impact:** These repeated failures in service and communication have caused significant inconvenience and eroded my trust in BMW as a brand. Went for an oil change , found out there was an oil leak. The second in 6 months. Kinda question it. Also has auxiliary battery changed due to diagnostic but the auxiliary battery never gave me an issue . The second in 6 months. Kinda question it. The person I was assigned to lacked detail. I paid the remaining 900 but car comes out not washed. Normally there is a complimentary wash done. This is really a 2.5 star ! More
