I spoke with the shop foreman and the Service manager. He said he didnt know what else he could do. He recommends i trade it in bc of the worked needed done and didnt think the car was in good shape.. But the shop foreman said the vehicle was in great shape ,minor repairs but overall could last me a few more years. You didn't tell me to trade it in when I gave you a cashiers check of $10646.00. The video of your shop forman states "the car is still in good condition."Bottom line this coolant issue has gone back 2 yrs. It's been the same issue. I've paid over $15,000.00 cash for BMW SERVICE DEPT TO FIX IT. YOU WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT, FIX THE ISSUES WITH THE CAR. IM NOT PAYING ANOTHER DIME OF MY OWN MONEY. I've missed work, lost money not being able to travel for work, scammed out of my own money and yet the same problems are present. You want to change my experience with your dealership, then fix the car on your dime.
