Had an appointment today this morning to have the back speakers in my recently purchased 2014 R59 Mini Roadster S looked at since they were torn and aged. Instead of checking it in and doing the diag to see what it needed. I was IMMEDIATELY told by Carlos, the Service Advisor, that I should purchase something else since the computers are known to fail. I didn’t bring it in for a computer failure. The car has less than 29000 miles on it and runs perfectly. I would like to keep it on the road since it’s pretty rare and in beautiful shape aside from aged speakers and I was wanting to start a relationship with this dealer regarding maintaining her. I wouldn’t be so pissed if this wasn’t a car that I searched years for since my late wife and I used to own one before she ran it into the back of a truck. I went from optimistic to completely soured on the place without even leaving the service drive If you want to earn my business. And I’m very loyal to those who treat me well, you will immediately fire Carlos and revamp how you treat people. Especially those who are paying out of pocket for your expertise. Until then, my business will go elsewhere. More

From the minute I pulled in until I left the environment was very professional and informative. Darick Connelly did a great job of communicating and updating me as the time lapsed. My service was longer than expected but the communication from Darick kept me informed and provided the opportunity for me to continue or leave. If I decided to leave he offered an uber ride home and back. Overall the experience was excellent More
