Carols tried his best. You’re lucky to have him. Severo just was so bad that the good in Carlos trying to make it better couldn’t out weigh the damage done already. I would recommend anyone to go anywhere but here or to take their car to BMW Arlington — they even delivered my car back to my house in Dallas. Top notch service out there.
