Horrible experience. Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told him they would not use but when I talked to Carlos Fonseca his manager he denied it and stated he would take care of me. Carlos then called my husband to tell him he would call him back later to verify he had a loaner (why was this not verified prior I’m not sure) only to ghost my husband and he has not called him back anymore. Clearly the customer is not a priority here and we will ensure that everyone knows what a horrible experience we had More

My salesman, Sam Proctor, was amazing from the moment he called me to follow up on an inquiry to the moment I drove off the lot. I must admit that I wasn’t really in the market for a vehicle. However, the level of customer service and support I received from Sam made me trade in my brand new 2023 Range Rover for the all-new 2024 BMW X6. Sam wasn’t pushy, he was supportive and added value to my experience by simply being there to answer all of my questions and follow-up when necessary. Ultimately, this level of customer service was not what I received from Range Rover and I felt the need to move on to a brand that valued my business. Sam Proctor went to bat for me to get me the best deal possible and his manager went above and beyond to get me the best value for my trade in. The whole atmosphere from the moment I entered BMW of Dallas was an exceptional experience. People will forget what the conversation was about, to be frank I forgot what inquiry I made to have Sam reach out to me in regards to that inquiry. However, I will never forget how BMW of Dallas, Sam and his manager made me feel. For that, I thank you.
