The sales agreement was not filled out correctly. Paid cash for the car and it showed sales amount due. Took literally countless emails, messages and calls to finally get it corrected. Between that Paid cash for the car and it showed sales amount due. Took literally countless emails, messages and calls to finally get it corrected. Between that and the finance guy being so extremely rude and irritated because we didn’t want any extra warranties and him not giving us a paid in full receipt, made it a terrible experience. Could not get the general manager or sales manager to return an email or call. Never did contact us. Expected way better service from a high end dealership. More
This was a great experience buying my XC60 Volvo. I don't like being stressed or pressure like I was at other car lots. I would definitely buy again if I'm in the market for a car. She mentioned the car would be inspected and I would be notified beforehand. In the end, I did not get notified so I assumed the 2 back tires were in bad shape. Indeed all 4 tires were changed, but to my surprise, when I got back home and saw their report, the back tires still had a thread of 6-7! I expressed my concern to the service advisor who justified it for the back tires to be "cracked" and they had to be changed. This is a car that barely has 13k miles and already needed all its tires changes! I was also not notified beforehand and it feels I was given that explanation as an excuse. There was lack of transparency and communication. I feel cheated and disappointed. Be aware of any "advice" you receive from some service advisors at BMW Dallas. More
