Orig appt was canceled via email the morning of without explanation. Had to call and find out why. Then reschedule 3 business days later because they had to order an oil filter! I picked up a nail in the left rear tire on my 2022 x5. BMW Dallas told me to bring the truck in immediately. (21/22”) It was apparent that all of the tires needed replacement. I had my X5 by 4Pm.
