Robert Ghrisham took wonderful care of us. Making sure the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Down to every small detail. He kept us informed on the status of the vehicle and if we called he always had an update. He made the purchase personal. He slso had the windows tinted. Just another one of the details. There was even a big pink bow on the car when we picked it up. Pedro was also very knowledgeable when it came to the details of the vehicle technology. He was very patient and went through the steps of the set up with detail. He gave us his card and said call with questions anytime. This is our second vehicle at BMW Dallas.
